Rashid Metals is a prominent manufacturer and supplier of Inconel 625 bars and rods in the OMAN. Inconel 625 bars and rods are highly resistant to oxidation and corrosion, making them ideal for service in extreme environments subjected to high pressure and temperatures. When heated, these UNS N06625 bars and rods form a thick, stable, passivating oxide layer that protects the surface from further attack. WNR 2.4856 bars and rods retain their strength over a wide temperature range, making them highly suitable for high-temperature applications where materials like aluminum and steel would fail due to thermally induced crystal vacancies.
The composition of Inconel 625 Bars and Rods (UNS N06625) consists predominantly out of Nickel (58-63%) providing outstanding oxidation and corrosion resistance. The composition of the alloy also contains Chromium (20-23%) to induce higher resistance to oxidation and carburization at elevated temperatures. Added to this is Molybdenum (8-10%) for an improvement against pitting and crevice corrosion and niobium (3.15-4.15%) to strengthen and stabilize the alloy. Other elements are Iron (5%), with smaller amounts of Titanium, Aluminum, and a few other trace elements. This unique combination makes Inconel 625 enjoy fabulous strength, toughness, and hardness within extraordinary environments, especially in super-temperatures and corrosive conditions.

Yes, 625 Inconel bars/rods are highly resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion, making them suitable for seawater and other chloride-rich environments.
Yes, 625 Inconel bars/rods exhibit exceptional strength and fatigue resistance, making them ideal for high-stress applications in aerospace, marine, and chemical industries.
DIN 2.4851 Bars and Rods find their maximum applications in industries that need excellent high-temperature performance along with significant resistance against oxidation and corrosion. The components used in such applications include turbine blades and other parts used in high-temperature components of engines, exhaust systems, and high-temperature parts in aircraft. They are used in reactors, heat exchangers, and such other equipment which come into, work in, or are exposed to an aggressive environment in chemical processing. Power generation utilizes Inconel 625 for boiler tubes, gas turbines, and exhaust systems. Besides, these bars and rods may also be used for seawater applications in marine environments and in nuclear reactors, hence attaining long-term reliability and strength in extremely harsh conditions.

We provide products that come with both mill test certificates and third-party test certificates, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.
